Clean sublimation coating (blue)
Clean sublimation coating (blue) make image transport so much easier, letting sublimation dye to bind with polymer. Without this spray, image will not be transferred on the surface.
How to use clean sublimation coating (blue):

Shake spray about one minute

Check the surface you want to spray. Make sure it is clean, dry, without any dirt.

Apply coating smoothly and evenly with spray on 250 mm distance from surface. It is better to apply a few more applications of coating but pay attention because you can not exaggerate (saturate).

Leave it to dry about 10 minutes and then press on 160 oC about 15-20 minutes
Use it:

To enable sublimation dye to bind to the polymer so that image can transfer as it should.

This spay is the most important in spray collection. Blue spray is base for every sublimation. From metal, wood, glass, ceramic… We use it for every combination of sublimation coating. No meter which type of surface you use to print, this spray is useful in every situation. You can use only this spray if it is about metal or wood, or in combination with other sprays if it is about other products like ceramic, glass…
