Flock foil

Flock foil belongs to the special type of transfer paper required for the flock printing technique. Flock printing involves obtaining „plush“ printing, or obtaining the effect of material on the material after printing. In our offer you can find over 4 types of flock foils. We offer orange, green, blue, blue and black flock color.

In order to be able to work with flock, you need to use paper for cotton. Flock foils require print preparation where each graphic element, logo or letter will be painted in one color. Through practice, it is best to use colors such as red, orange or black. In the picture below, you can see an example of a printed list of paper cotton on which we prepared the floss printing design.

After rolling through powdered paper with a powder coating, apply it to the t-shirt at the place where we want to print our design. We leave the base on which we subsequently bake the flock foil. A powder-coated design is a design that, after placing the film, gets its shape. All instructions regarding baking, temperature and baking time can be found on our site after registration.

Flox foil is available in several colors, so you can opt for different styles and motifs. Colors are designed for everyone’s taste. After printing, you get incredible, vigorous and consistent colors that can be treated even up to 40 washings.
